Shipping
All orders placed on our website are processed within 7 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Combined Shipment
If you order multiple items in one order with different delivery times, we will ship the items together in one parcel unless otherwise agreed with you. In this case, the delivery time for the entire order will correspond to the item with the longest delivery time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. All shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout.
Delivery Time Information
The delivery period begins the day after the payment order has been issued to the transferring bank in the case of advance payment, or the day after the conclusion of the contract for other payment methods, and ends on the last day of the delivery period. If the last day falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday at the place of delivery, the next working day applies instead.
Returns & Refunds
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt.
Return Procedure
To return an item, please contact our customer service at info@pareto-shop.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will then provide you with return instructions.
Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. We will also inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Exchange
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please send us an email at info@pareto-shop.com
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
